This course is not for the faint hearted!
This intensive bootcamp is run over six days in the province of Girona, Catalunya,Spain, where you will train in Krav Maga for a total of 66 hours!
Put into perspective - this bootcamp is the equivalant of training at a regular Krav Maga class twice a week for 33 weeks!!
The Krav Maga Intensive Bootcamp is perfect for those who want results fast!
The course covers all types and variations of attack that you are likely to encounter including:
- Chokes
- Headlocks
- Grabs
- Punches
- Kicks
- Ground defense
- Knife attacks
- Knife threats
- Stick attacks
- Gun threats
Other topics covered include:
- Situational awareness
- Self triage
- Adrenaline control
- Fear control
- Combat Conditioning
You WILL train hard all day every day!
A typical day begins at 07.00 with cardio and conditioning followed by training techniques throughout the day into the evening.
There will be drills in water, drills on uneven surfaces, drills in confined spaces, drills in cars, drills in the dark and then you will do it all again the following day!
All flights, transfers, food and accomadation is included in the price along with protective equipment (groin guard, gumshield e.t.c)
